You can not get any closer to the lake.
Positive: We were in the Ithaca area for a graduation. So glad we found your lovely cottage for the weekend. We loved the comfort of the house. The view and the lake. We only wished the weather was nicer. And you are right about the sunsets!

Loved it!
Positive: Loved the house, loved how the owners thought about everything you might need.
Negative: Not that we didn’t like it, but it’s 2.5 miles down a private road. It takes you a while to go somewhere.

Wonderful stay
Positive: A lovely cottage by the lake. Great view. Location was nice and quiet. A recommended vacation home.

Our weekend at Sunset Retreat was stress free and comfortable.
Positive: The cottage was just like home!!
Thoughtful little things like wine & toiletries.
Negative: TV options, had Netflix first night, then lost access. “Live” tv is tricky.
